History 

1996 – Hartington Business S.L. is founded in Spain. Its core business is supplying raw materials to pharmaceutical laboratories in Eastern Europe.
 
1999 – The Board decides to diversify by investing in the research and development of new pharmaceutical products. Bringing together some of the most experienced and renowned scientists from Ex-Soviet countries, the company embarks on the development of a compound to cure Sinusitis.
 
2000 – Hartington Business S.L. is listed in the Prestige Rating Book for Spain, published by Dun & Bradstreet. The company achieves a B2 rating with sales volume of over 10M EUR.
 
Researchers make breakthrough in rhinosinus pathology.  
 
Iveriapharma is founded in Georgia. The new company will provide a state-of-the-art environment in which the newly formed team of scientists can begin clinical trials for Sinuforte.
 
2001 – Sinuforte is registered in Georgia.
 
Development of new medicine to treat Laryngitis (LYX2001) Is instigated.
 
2002 – Construction begins on Iveriapharma’s new research facility and production plant. The laboratory is designed to the highest standards, utilizing the same materials and equipment as found in some of the most prestigious research facilities in the US.
 
Sinuforte is registered in Ukraine, Kazakhstan, Byelorussia and Azerbaijan.
 
Investigation in to the treatment of Herpes is initiated.
 
2003 – Preclinical studies produce favourable results. Clinical trials commence for new herpes treatment.
 Sinuforte is registered in Kyrgyzstan.
 
2004 – Hartington Pharmaceutical, S.L. is founded in Spain. The company will focus on registering and marketing Sinuforte and new products in the pipeline in Western Europe and North America.
 
2005 - Sinuforte is registered in Russia.
 
Herpes compound enters final stages of clinical trials.
 
Laryngitis cure also enters final phase of clinical trials.
